BADGE FAQ’S

Can I get into a screening with my badge?

No, you must acquire a ticket from any Festival box office with your badge.

Does my badge guarantee me a reserved seat in the theater?

Filmmaker reserve seats are only for the film team whose screening is playing. If you are attending another screening at the Festival, please use general seating.

Can someone else on my team who doesn’t have a badge use my badge to go to screenings?

No, badges are non-transferrable and will be revoked if used by another representative.

Can I exchange my badge for a different type of badge?

All badge types have been allocated by SFFILM prior to printing and cannot be exchanged for a different type.

Do I get a +1 with my badge?

Anyone planning to attend a screening needs to have a hard ticket. If you need additional tickets to your own screening, please reach out to your Guest Office representative.

I lost my badge, can I have another one?

Please contact your Guest Office representative if you have lost your badge – reprints may take up to 24 hours.
