TICKETING FAQ’S

How do I get a ticket with my badge? 

Go to any Festival Box Office, which opens one hour before the first screening of each day at Festival theaters, up to 24 hours before the screening to request a ticket. 

The film I want to see is at Rush, now what? 

You can go to the Rush Line 15 minutes before the screening for complimentary access (subject to availability).

Where are the Festival Box Offices? 

You can find our Box Office representatives at the Vogue Theater and SFMOMA.

Do the complimentary tickets to my own screening include my own seat?

If you plan on sitting through your screening, then yes! Your badge alone is not a ticket, even if you are attending your own screening. 

Do my complimentary tickets to my own screening have reserved seats?

Yes! If your ticket says “Filmmaker” on it, please use the seats marked with a light-blue flag.
