UBER VOUCHER INSTRUCTIONS

If you’ve received an Uber voucher, you can use these codes in the Uber app to cover transportation to and from the airport, as well as between festival events and screenings. Each code can be applied to eligible rides until its value is used. Please note that vouchers are intended for travel to and from SFO Airport and festival hotels and venues within San Francisco, Berkeley, and Oakland. Vouchers will expire on May 6.

HOW TO USE YOUR UBER VOUCHER

1. Set up your account

Download the Uber app

Create an account using your phone number

Add a payment method (used only if your ride exceeds the voucher amount)

2. Accept your voucher

You will receive your voucher via email

Tap the link provided and follow the prompts to accept

Once accepted, your voucher will appear in your Wallet in the Uber app

3. Request a ride

Enter your pickup and drop-off location

Select your preferred ride type (UberX is recommended)

Confirm your ride

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Vouchers are valid only for eligible rides (based on time, location, and ride type)

• Vouchers have an expiration date of May 6 and maximum value

• You can use your voucher across multiple rides until the balance is used

• Tips are not included and should be added separately

• If your ride exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance will be charged to your personal payment method

HELPFUL TIPS

• Check your voucher details in the app under Wallet → Vouchers before requesting a ride

• Make sure your pickup location is accurate, especially at busy venues

• Plan ahead during peak Festival times, as wait times may increase
